Job Description

We are a thriving local bakery specializing in crafting fresh, made-from-scratch bagels. Known for our commitment to quality and tradition, our bakery has become a beloved spot for bagel lovers in the community. As we continue to grow and expand, we are excited to offer full-time employment opportunities with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 to $24, which includes a base pay between $12 and $15 plus a tip pool that adds an additional $6 to $9 per hour. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about food and eager to learn diverse skills within a bakery setting. We provide comprehensive cross-training on multiple roles, including line cooking from 7 AM to 3 PM, baking from 5 AM to 1 PM, and dough production from 6:30 AM to 3 PM. This variety not only keeps the workday interesting but also equips our team members with a versatile skill set that enhances their value and ability to contribute to multiple stages of our production process. While kitchen or food service experience is a plus, we welcome all hardworking and fast-learning individuals. A food handler's permit is helpful but not required as we offer support to help you obtain one.
