Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- 1+ years experience as a cook in a full-service restaurant
- ServeSafe Certified a plus
- availability to work 3 am to 11 am shifts including Saturdays and Sundays
- ability to stand and walk constantly during shifts
- capability to bend, kneel, squat, climb occasionally
- ability to communicate orally and read regularly

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications
- ensure all food is cooked and presented in a timely manner and meets the restaurant's quality standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen including workstations, equipment, and storage areas
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
- assist in the preparation and portioning of ingredients for use in cooking
- operate kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, fryers, and mixers safely and efficiently
- monitor food stock levels and communicate shortages to the kitchen manager or supervisor
- collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
- assist in receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper storage procedures are followed
- participate in the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and utensils
- follow all health and safety regulations including proper use of personal protective equipment
- maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
