Job Requirements

Legally eligible to work in the United States
Flexible schedule including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work afternoon or evening shifts
Minimum of 1-year recent experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen
Preferably possess a Cook's Training certificate
Commitment to high culinary and food safety standards

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 1-year recent experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen at a comparable level of luxury service
Possess a Cook's Training certificate from a high school, college, or university is preferred
Successful demonstration of high level culinary and food safety knowledge

Job Duties

Prepare all food items according to hotel recipes and standards
Proactively prioritize tasks to ensure high service and food quality
Maintain a complete understanding of the menu, recipes, and presentations
Be aware of potential food allergens in each dish
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and initiative
Work well within a team environment
Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
