Job Requirements

  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Flexible schedule including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work afternoon or evening shifts
  • Minimum of 1-year recent experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen
  • Preferably possess a Cook's Training certificate
  • Commitment to high culinary and food safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-year recent experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen at a comparable level of luxury service
  • Possess a Cook's Training certificate from a high school, college, or university is preferred
  • Successful demonstration of high level culinary and food safety knowledge

Job Duties

  • Prepare all food items according to hotel recipes and standards
  • Proactively prioritize tasks to ensure high service and food quality
  • Maintain a complete understanding of the menu, recipes, and presentations
  • Be aware of potential food allergens in each dish
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and initiative
  • Work well within a team environment
  • Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
