Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior kitchen experience preferred
Ability to work standing for a minimum of eight hours
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 150 pounds daily
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Compliance with health and safety standards
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices
Ability to follow recipes and company procedures accurately
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physical ability to meet the demands of the job including lifting and standing for long periods
Positive attitude and reliability

Job Duties

Arrive punctually with a positive attitude and in proper uniform
Work with a sense of urgency
Adhere to Health Department and Columbus Brewing Company standards and protocols
Complete opening and closing checklists, prep lists, and line checks
Maintain a clean and hygienic station
Prepare orders meticulously and promptly correct any mistakes
Ensure high-quality presentation of dishes
Assist other stations including expo and dish
Ensure freshness of each order and follow FIFO rotation
Communicate any needs to management and team members
Immediately report any guest issues to a Manager or Manager Assistant
