Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work standing for a minimum of eight hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 150 pounds daily
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Compliance with health and safety standards
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices
- Ability to follow recipes and company procedures accurately
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the job including lifting and standing for long periods
- Positive attitude and reliability
Job Duties
- Arrive punctually with a positive attitude and in proper uniform
- Work with a sense of urgency
- Adhere to Health Department and Columbus Brewing Company standards and protocols
- Complete opening and closing checklists, prep lists, and line checks
- Maintain a clean and hygienic station
- Prepare orders meticulously and promptly correct any mistakes
- Ensure high-quality presentation of dishes
- Assist other stations including expo and dish
- Ensure freshness of each order and follow FIFO rotation
- Communicate any needs to management and team members
- Immediately report any guest issues to a Manager or Manager Assistant
