Job Requirements
- minimum age of 16 years
- ability to stand, bend, reach, and carry heavy kitchen equipment
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- commitment to punctuality and professionalism
- willingness to complete ServSafe certification if not already certified
- basic literacy for reading recipes and safety instructions
- physical stamina and dexterity for kitchen tasks

Job Duties
- prepare and cook Peruvian-inspired dishes according to recipe specifications
- portion and cut ingredients to ensure quality and consistency
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
- follow food safety and sanitation protocols rigorously
- assist in daily kitchen prep tasks such as chopping, slicing, and measuring
- work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
- manage multitasking under pressure during busy service hours
