Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prep while managing orders throughout the day
- interact with guests showcasing passion for foodservice and hospitality
- make adjustments for guests with allergies or dietary concerns
- act as liaison to front-of-house employees to ensure food service temperature
- operate kitchen appliances including blender, oven, flat top grill, and stand mixer
- prepare sauces and accompaniments before meal service
- maintain a clean and organized station under busy conditions
- estimate food consumption and organize preparation
- fill out prep list daily
- perform additional responsibilities as assigned
