Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
4+ years of Line Cook experience preferred
Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our guests
Knowledgeable about the menu and the varying products we carry

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of experience cooking in a restaurant
Ability to follow kitchen methods and procedures
Skilled in knife handling
Capacity to perform tasks with precision, speed, and attention to detail
Organized and self-motivated
Able to read and follow cooking instructions

Job Duties

Prepare ingredients and cook as indicated in recipes
Ensure ingredients at the workstation are ready on time meeting preparation schedules for smooth delivery
Organize and clean the workstation according to restaurant protocol
Maintain cleanliness of workstation including kitchen equipment
Comply with applicable sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards
Guarantee the quality and freshness of ingredients and products
Perform additional cleaning tasks assigned by line supervisor, sous-chef, or executive chef
