Job Requirements
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- Culinary degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Open availability
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test and criminal background check
- Active California Food Handlers Certificate or card
- Must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory up to 100 pounds
- Must be able to walk, stand, and bend at neck for 3 or more hours a day
- Must be able to perform repetitive hand use including grasping, pushing, pulling, and reaching for entire shift
- Must be able to handle exposure to noise, dust, gas, flames, chemicals, temperature extremes, humidity, or wetness
- Must be able to perform essential duties with or without accommodation

Job Duties
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to recipes and standards
- Provide consistent safe and sanitary food storage, preparation, and cooking
- Monitor and control maintenance and sanitation of kitchen and equipment
- Recognize and follow quality standards for meats, vegetables, fruits, dairy products, and grains
- Utilize leftovers effectively and control waste
- Work flexibly and take direction
- Collaborate as a team player in a confined kitchen space
