Job Description

Pacific Catch, Inc. is a dynamic and vibrant restaurant brand dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience centered around fresh seafood and bold flavors. As a part of the hospitality industry, Pacific Catch has carved out a niche for itself by emphasizing quality, innovation, and genuine hospitality at every touchpoint. The company culture revolves around attracting, nurturing, and retaining talented individuals who wholeheartedly embrace the company’s Core Values, Hospitality Standards, and Team Member Standards. This commitment extends to creating a welcoming and inclusive work environment where team members are valued, empowered, and given ample opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.

Pacific Catch’s dedication to excellence has propelled the brand into becoming a recognized favorite among guests seeking an inviting atmosphere accompanied by delicious, thoughtfully prepared dishes. The company believes that the heart of its success lies in the passion and dedication of its team. In this spirit, they are seeking experienced Line Cooks who share the same enthusiasm for first-class service and extraordinary hospitality. The position is part-time, hourly, and non-exempt, with a schedule that may vary week to week, typically including nights and weekends. Compensation is competitive, ranging between $18.00 and $23.00 per hour, reflecting the value placed on skilled culinary professionals.

The role of the Line Cook at Pacific Catch is integral to the kitchen's smooth operation and to ensuring guests receive meals that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. The Line Cook is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workstation, preparing food items efficiently, and adhering strictly to safety and sanitation protocols. This includes washing hands regularly, monitoring food temperatures, and consistently delivering dishes that meet company expectations. The position requires someone who is punctual, hardworking, reliable, and team-oriented.

Additionally, Line Cooks at Pacific Catch are encouraged to be flexible and open to cross-training in other restaurant roles, embracing continuous learning and development. The kitchen environment values constructive feedback and mentorship, fostering growth for individuals striving to enhance their culinary careers. Team members play an active role by participating in meetings and staying informed of kitchen communications. Pacific Catch also looks for those who can contribute during slower periods by assisting with prep work and who show care in handling kitchen equipment to minimize breakage.

This opportunity offers more than just a job; it provides a platform within a supportive community where every line cook can hone their craft, contribute to memorable guest experiences, and be part of a passionate culinary team. Whether you’re seeking to deepen your expertise in high-volume, full-service kitchens or to join a company that prioritizes respect and teamwork, Pacific Catch offers an environment designed to inspire excellence and dedication in all its members.
