Job Qualifications
- Previous kitchen, culinary, or chef experience preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, ovens, broilers, and pizza ovens desired
- Ability to follow recipe procedures accurately
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipe procedures
- Ensure the highest quality food is executed consistently
- Use various kitchen tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow all company safety and sanitation policies
- Communicate respectfully with managers and team members
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adapt to flexible scheduling and shift changes
