Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years line cook or kitchen management experience
  • Availability on weekends and daytime shifts
  • Ability to work Tuesday through Sunday with Mondays off
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Strong knife skills and kitchen organization
  • Experience with inventory and ordering
  • Commitment to cleanliness and food safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years running the line or kitchen management experience
  • Excellent knife skills and culinary techniques
  • Knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties
