We are currently seeking an experienced and talented line cook to join our kitchen team. This role is essential to the smooth operation of the restaurant, requiring someone with a minimum of two years' experience running a line and managing kitchen responsibilities effectively. The line cook will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food preparation, ensuring all menu items are executed with precision and care. This position offers a competitive pay range of $21 to $24 per hour, plus tips, reflective of the candidate's experience and availability.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent knife skills, strong organizational capabilities, and a meticulous attention to detail, particularly in maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen. They should be knowledgeable in inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing pars to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently without interruptions. Availability for weekend and daytime shifts is mandatory, with a typical schedule of 4-5 days per week based on knowledge and experience. Our operating hours are Tuesday to Thursday from 4 pm to 10 pm, Friday and Saturday from 4 pm to 11 pm, and Sunday from 4 pm to 10 pm, with Mondays off.
