Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a kitchen environment
- ability to work Tuesday through Saturday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
- attention to detail
- ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- passion for cooking and learning new recipes
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience working as a line cook or similar kitchen role
- familiarity with Latin American cuisine is a plus
- strong knowledge of kitchen safety, sanitation, and food handling practices
