Flower Child invites enthusiastic, experienced line cooks to apply and join their vibrant team in Dallas, Texas, at 2101 Cedar Springs Road, Suite R100. Interviews are conducted daily between 3 pm and 4 pm via walk-in appointments, offering a prompt hiring process with compensation ranging from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour. The position requires weekend and evening availability to meet the demands of a high-volume restaurant environment. The role is critical in maintaining the quality and consistency of dishes by preparing meals from scratch and following company recipes. Line cooks will be responsible for executing a variety of cooking techniques using broilers, grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment. The position demands diligence in adhering to food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe working environment at all times. Team members must demonstrate the ability to perform efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail and effective communication. Job Duties

  • Prepare food from scratch by following recipes to produce consistent results

  • Work clean
  • Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Availability to work weekends and some holidays
