Job Duties
- prepare made-from-scratch menu items including steaks and sides
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- collaborate with team members to fulfill orders efficiently and accurately
- follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times
- assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations
- learn and adhere to Texas Roadhouse’s recipes and presentation standards
- support the kitchen team during busy service periods
