Job Qualifications

  • proven experience as a cook in a large volume or fast paced kitchen
  • ability to work efficiently and cleanly
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • familiarity with various kitchen stations including garde manger, fry, flat top, saute, and pastry
  • willingness to learn and grow within the company
  • knowledge of food safety regulations

Job Duties

  • prepare ingredients and dishes according to menu specifications
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
  • work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
  • collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
