Grey Orchard is a new dining establishment led by Chef Cole Fitzgerald, known for his work at Fig Italian Kitchen and Bar. The restaurant introduces a fresh concept centered on American Fare designed to be enjoyed at any time throughout the day. Initially launching with a dinner service, Grey Orchard plans to expand its offerings to include lunch and brunch, evolving into a large-scale operation. As the restaurant grows, the vision is to develop a robust and talented culinary team capable of delivering exceptional food experiences to its guests. Grey Orchard thrives on fostering a collaborative environment where team members can grow professionally while contributing to the success of the establishment.
This opportunity is targeted at passionate cooks seeking to advance their culinary careers by working closely with an experienced chef. The role demands experience in fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environments and emphasizes efficiency, cleanliness, and teamwork. Candidates should bring a proactive attitude and a genuine desire to help elevate the team and the restaurant. Throughout their tenure, cooks will have the chance to gain expertise across different kitchen stations such as garde manger, fry, flat top (planchas), saute, and pastry. The position also presents a clear growth pathway, with potential advancement into sous chef roles and continued professional growth within the company. Interviews and stages are being organized promptly, with onboarding anticipated to commence early next month.
