Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a production kitchen
- Experience with prep work
- Ability to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts including weekends
- Willingness to work early shifts starting as early as 5am
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shift hours
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain food safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience working in a production kitchen
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to follow standard recipes and instructions precisely
- Strong knife skills and cooking techniques
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and a team player mindset
Job Duties
- Deliver incredible customer service by preparing ingredients and creating high-quality meals
- Follow recipes, use proper knife skills, and apply cooking techniques to ensure consistency
- Effectively multitask and balance prep work while ensuring meals are prepared in a timely manner
- Understand how products look and taste at their peak of perfection
- Assist with ordering to help maintain appropriate inventory levels and minimize waste
