Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 or more years of experience in food service
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good physical stamina
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company

Job Qualifications

  • 1 or more years of experience working in high-volume and/or guest-facing food service preferred
  • Knowledge in proper food and drink handling and storage
  • Sushi chefs: 1-2 years culinary experience or culinary education preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Following company policies, state and food safety and sanitation standards
  • Maintaining clean and organized workstations by always practicing safe and sanitary food handling
  • Continued education surrounding Japanese cuisine and beverages
  • Additional duties may apply specific to each position
  • Operating basic restaurant equipment
  • Exchanging accurate information while communicating with customers
  • Ascending or descending ladders or stairs to service equipment
