Job Duties

  • work closely with the kitchen team, including chefs and other line cooks, to coordinate orders, communicate special requests, and maintain a harmonious and efficient working environment
  • follow specific cooking methods, timing, temperatures, and portion sizes of pasta dishes ensuring quality and appearance
  • adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling, storage, and labeling
  • perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold cleanliness standards
  • follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
