Job Requirements

  • proven experience as a line cook
  • ability to communicate in English and understand prep recipes and line build procedures
  • attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in the Twin Peaks HOH training program
  • successfully complete the HOH training prior to working without supervision
  • complete any required training and certifications in compliance with local and state regulations
  • regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle or carry objects up to 15 pounds
  • requires visual acuity including close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focusing ability

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience as a line cook
  • ability to communicate in English and understand prep recipes and line build procedures
  • apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions and handle standard situations with minimal variables
  • attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in the Twin Peaks HOH training program
  • successfully complete the HOH training prior to working without supervision
  • complete any required training and certifications in compliance with local and state regulations such as food and/or alcohol service certifications
