Job Requirements
- proven experience as a line cook
- ability to communicate in English and understand prep recipes and line build procedures
- attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in the Twin Peaks HOH training program
- successfully complete the HOH training prior to working without supervision
- complete any required training and certifications in compliance with local and state regulations
- regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle or carry objects up to 15 pounds
- requires visual acuity including close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focusing ability
Job Qualifications
- proven experience as a line cook
- ability to communicate in English and understand prep recipes and line build procedures
- apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions and handle standard situations with minimal variables
- attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in the Twin Peaks HOH training program
- successfully complete the HOH training prior to working without supervision
- complete any required training and certifications in compliance with local and state regulations such as food and/or alcohol service certifications
Job Duties
- adhere to uniform, prep, and line build recipes
- check quality of ingredients
- maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- ensure HOH standards, safety, and sanitation requirements at all times
- work effectively as a team
- train using tablets or computer
- perform other duties as management deems necessary
