Job Requirements
- Passion for cooking and learning Thai cuisine
- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a busy kitchen
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook Thai dishes with precision, following established recipes and plating standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station throughout your shift
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely, high-quality service
- Assist with prep work, including knife skills and ingredient preparation
- Support special events and menu collaborations, including our signature Thai Taco Tuesday
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
