  • ensure the prep station and kitchen are set up and stocked
  • prepare dishes according to customer orders
  • maintain a clean, organized station and follow prep lists accurately
  • work efficiently during service while communicating clearly with the team
  • uphold all food safety and sanitation protocols
  • assist with daily prep, stock rotation, and closing duties
