Job Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment

- Flexibility to work day or evening shifts
- Willingness to follow direction from chefs and senior kitchen staff
Job Qualifications
- Excellent emotional self awareness under pressure while maintaining a respectful, warm presence
- Curious intelligence to continue learning in the position
- Knowledge of various culinary procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
- Good sense of taste and smell
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
Job Duties
- Follow and fulfill the duties given by the executive chef, sous chefs, or senior line cooks
- Work with a variety of handmade pastas from various regions of Italy
- Keep stations clean and well stocked with the ingredients required to cook the dish that they are asked to prepare
- Enjoy providing great hospitality
