Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items by following recipes and spec standards
  • execute orders accurately and within expected ticket times
  • understand portion sizes, taste profiles, and visual presentation expectations
  • label, date, and store all food items properly
  • maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift
  • follow all food safety and sanitation practices consistently
  • communicate clearly with teammates during high-volume service
  • support BOH flow by assisting with dishes, cleanup, and prep as needed
  • thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency
