Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items by following recipes and spec standards
- execute orders accurately and within expected ticket times
- understand portion sizes, taste profiles, and visual presentation expectations
- label, date, and store all food items properly
- maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift
- follow all food safety and sanitation practices consistently
- communicate clearly with teammates during high-volume service
- support BOH flow by assisting with dishes, cleanup, and prep as needed
- thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency
