Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- maintain a current Food Handler's Certification
- capable of standing for long periods and lifting a minimum of 50 pounds
- must be able to read and understand tickets and recipes
- have at least one to two years of line cook experience
- ability to properly use knives and kitchen equipment

Job Duties
- Prepare menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- maintain a clean, safe and sanitary kitchen environment
- follow proper sanitation procedures and state, city, and company regulations
- ensure all food preparation areas and equipment are kept clean and organized
- collaborate with teammates to support efficient kitchen operations
- monitor food quality and presentation to guarantee guest satisfaction
- assist with inventory and storage as needed
