We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our team and help maintain the high standards that define The Haywire & The Ranch brand. This role is essential to ensuring that each guest receives top-notch service and delicious, meticulously prepared dishes every time they walk through our doors. The ideal candidate is someone who combines a Texas-sized hustle with genuine hospitality, takes pride in attention to detail, and has a strong understanding of cooking techniques and menu compositions. They will help uphold a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment while embodying the balance of efficiency and exceptional customer service that our guests expect.

As a Line Cook at The Haywire & The Ranch, you will be an integral part of the kitchen team, responsible for preparing menu items with precision and care, ensuring that each dish meets the restaurant's strict quality standards. You will work closely with your teammates, inspiring and supporting one another to maintain a smooth and productive kitchen environment. Safety and sanitation are top priorities, and you will follow all state, city, and company regulations to ensure the health and satisfaction of both guests and team members.

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • maintain a current Food Handler's Certification
  • capable of standing for long periods and lifting a minimum of 50 pounds
  • must be able to read and understand tickets and recipes
  • have at least one to two years of line cook experience
  • ability to properly use knives and kitchen equipment
