We are currently seeking passionate and skilled full-time and part-time line cooks to join the opening kitchen team for this highly anticipated restaurant. This role is perfect for culinary professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume full-service restaurant environment and who enjoy the challenge of preparing high-quality dishes from start to finish. Line cooks at The Granite Grill will undergo thorough training on the restaurant's kitchen standards, food safety protocols, and specific menu items to ensure that every dish meets our high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen equipment, cooking techniques, and knife skills, and they will be able to multitask efficiently during busy service periods. In this role, teamwork and communication with other kitchen staff and the front-of-house team are essential to deliver an excellent dining experience.

This position offers competitive wages averaging between $17-$22 per hour, reflecting both the candidate's experience and commitment to quality.
