Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant line cook experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and brunch shifts

  • 2 years of kitchen or line cook experience preferred
  • Ability to work cleanly and efficiently under pressure
  • Strong work ethic and team-focused attitude
  • Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, station organization, and food safety
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and brunch

Job Duties

  • Prepare and organize your station before service
  • Execute menu items with consistency, accuracy, and attention to presentation
  • Assist with daily prep, stocking, and ingredient organization
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout each shift
  • Follow all kitchen safety and food handling procedures
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team during service
  • Help ensure ticket flow, timing, and quality standards are met
  • Complete assigned side work, cleaning, and closing tasks
