Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant line cook experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and brunch shifts
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and organize your station before service
- Execute menu items with consistency, accuracy, and attention to presentation
- Assist with daily prep, stocking, and ingredient organization
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout each shift
- Follow all kitchen safety and food handling procedures
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team during service
- Help ensure ticket flow, timing, and quality standards are met
- Complete assigned side work, cleaning, and closing tasks
