We are currently seeking Line Cooks who share our passion for great food and exceptional service. In this role, line cooks take pride in the presentation of every plate, making sure dishes are picture-perfect and prepared with the freshest products. Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked line is essential throughout each shift. The ideal candidate meticulously follows health code requirements, including food rotation, labeling, and sanitation practices to uphold our high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Job Requirements
- Demonstrated 2 years of full service restaurant cooking experience
- breakfast or egg cooking experience
- comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced, high volume kitchen environment
- ability to stay calm under pressure
- strong knife skills
- ability to follow written recipes and order tickets
- excellent verbal communication and organizational skills
- understanding cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- accuracy and speed in executing tasks
- knowledge of culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
- working cleanly during shift and closing
- ServSafe certification a plus
- ability to stand for 8 or more hours
- ability to regularly lift 40 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years full service restaurant cooking experience
- experience with breakfast and egg dishes preferred
- strong knife skills
