Job Duties

  • Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations
  • Portions food products according to standard sizes and recipe specifications
  • Prepares items for various cooking methods including broiling, grilling, frying, sauteing
  • Handles, labels, stores, and rotates food products properly
  • Assists in all food prep assignments as needed
  • Cleans and sanitizes workstations and kitchen equipment
  • Follows proper plate presentation and garnish setup for all dishes
