Job Requirements

  • Open availability (4 a.m. to 11 p.m.)
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments

  • Ability to handle and store food products properly
  • Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Immediate availability to start
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar line cook or food preparation role preferred
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and food safety standards
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Good communication skills and positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and improve culinary skills

Job Duties

  • Follow all recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present ordered items
  • Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the kitchen/station on a daily basis
  • Requisition and stock all required food, paper products, and condiments
  • Handle, store, and rotate all products properly
  • Set up, maintain, clean, and break down machinery and equipment
  • Maintain stock, cut, and store all perishables daily to ensure product quality
  • Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists as required
  • Take responsibility for quality of products served
  • Perform general and specific cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products assigned by supervisor
  • Other duties as assigned
