Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred
- Food Handler Certification required or willing to obtain
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Must be reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook meats such as asada, chicken, pastor, and carnitas
- Assist with daily food prep including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with catering preparation and event setup when needed
- Work efficiently during busy service times
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Follow recipes and portion control standards
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
