Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior kitchen experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • capable of standing for long periods
  • good physical condition to handle kitchen tasks
  • commitment to food safety and sanitation practices
  • ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes accurately

Job Qualifications

  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to follow recipes and portioning instructions accurately
  • strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Following established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards, and procedures
  • maintaining a clean and food-safe environment
  • passionately prepare, portion, and/or cook food items to quality specifications
  • assessing ingredients and items for freshness and quality, rotating product appropriately
  • adhering to sanitation and safety standards during the shift
  • collaborating with team members to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
  • supporting kitchen operations by maintaining equipment cleanliness and organization
