Job Duties
- maintain a commitment for guest service with focus on the highest quality food and consistency
- prepare items designated by the chef according to The Club's standard recipes and policies
- food requisition storage and product rotation
- receiving food requisitions, check food products for quality and quantity
- inform the executive chef or sous chef regarding preparation and food requisitioning for upcoming functions
- responsible for the care and cleanliness of kitchen equipment
- inspect refrigeration and dry storage for proper handling and rotation
- ensure banquet functions are properly broken down and reusable items are returned to main kitchen
- maintain sanitation and safety standards
- respond to any reasonable task assigned by the executive chef or sous chef
- assist in other areas of the kitchen as needed
