Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a line cook or kitchen role
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to company standards and recipes
- Coordinate orders to ensure timely and accurate preparation
- Maintain proper food temperatures, ensuring hot items remain hot
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items and ingredients
- Adhere strictly to all company safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen team and report to Managing Partner, Culinary Partner or Store Leader
- Monitor and manage inventory relevant to line cooking duties
