Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
  • commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • solid understanding of basic cooking techniques
  • proficiency in knife skills
  • knowledge of sanitation standards and safe food handling practices
  • ability to follow directions and stay organized under pressure
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • prior experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred

Job Duties

  • prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipes and presentation guidelines
  • set up and stock the station before service
  • prepare ingredients for daily use
  • monitor product levels throughout the shift
  • communicate effectively with chefs and kitchen staff
  • assist with prep work, proper food storage, rotation, and labeling
  • clean and break down the station at the end of each shift
