Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a culinary role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and evenings
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Capacity to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills

- Previous experience as a line cook or similar role
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow recipes and presentation guidelines

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients including chopping vegetables cutting meats and measuring seasonings
- Cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner during service periods
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of workstations kitchen equipment and storage areas
- Follow all food safety sanitation and health regulations
- Communicate effectively with chefs and other kitchen staff to coordinate orders
- Support banquet and catering food preparation as needed
