Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients including chopping vegetables cutting meats and measuring seasonings
  • Cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
  • Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies
  • Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner during service periods
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of workstations kitchen equipment and storage areas
  • Follow all food safety sanitation and health regulations
  • Communicate effectively with chefs and other kitchen staff to coordinate orders
  • Support banquet and catering food preparation as needed
