As part of the kitchen team, the Line Cook will manage assigned cooking stations efficiently—whether it be cold station, hot line, grill, or fry station.
This position demands a strong understanding of various cooking techniques including grilling, roasting, sautéing, and braising. The Line Cook will also uphold strict food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards to ensure a safe and clean kitchen environment. Additional responsibilities include assisting with receiving deliveries, inventory rotation, and basic prep work, contributing to the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Communication plays a key role in this position. The Line Cook must communicate clearly with both kitchen team members and front-of-house staff to maintain smooth and timely service. The ability to keep workstations clean, organized, and well-stocked is essential to meeting the fast-paced demands during service hours.

Job Requirements
- 2+ years professional kitchen experience, ideally in tapas, Mediterranean cuisine or similar
- strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques (grilling, roasting, sautéing, braising)
- food safety certification or willingness to obtain
- team player, punctual, reliable, positive attitude
