Job Requirements

  • 2+ years professional kitchen experience, ideally in tapas, Mediterranean cuisine or similar
  • strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques (grilling, roasting, sautéing, braising)
  • food safety certification or willingness to obtain
  • team player, punctual, reliable, positive attitude
  • able to work flexible shifts, nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Prep, cook and plate Mediterranean tapas dishes to recipe and quality standards
  • maintain consistent portioning, timing and plating for busy service periods
  • work assigned station(s) efficiently during service (cold station, hot line, grill, fry, etc.)
  • follow food safety, sanitation and HACCP standards
  • assist with receiving, inventory rotation and basic prep as needed
  • communicate clearly with work team and front-of-house to ensure smooth service
  • keep workstations clean, organized and stocked
