Job Requirements

2+ years professional kitchen experience, ideally in tapas, Mediterranean cuisine or similar
strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques (grilling, roasting, sautéing, braising)
food safety certification or willingness to obtain
team player, punctual, reliable, positive attitude
able to work flexible shifts, nights and weekends

Job Duties

Prep, cook and plate Mediterranean tapas dishes to recipe and quality standards
maintain consistent portioning, timing and plating for busy service periods
work assigned station(s) efficiently during service (cold station, hot line, grill, fry, etc.)
follow food safety, sanitation and HACCP standards
assist with receiving, inventory rotation and basic prep as needed
communicate clearly with work team and front-of-house to ensure smooth service
keep workstations clean, organized and stocked
