- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to work a variety of day, night and weekend shifts
- Able to stand for long periods
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Willingness to work independently
- Active Food handler's certification or ability to get it
- 1-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen
- Strong organizational skills
- Energetic personality

Job Duties
- Develop knowledge and skills in various cooking procedures and methods such as grill, sauté and fry
- Experience using knives and various kitchen equipment
- Reach and recreate recipes
- Ensure consistency in all food preparation
- Minimize food waste through cross utilization
- Work with a world class culinary team
- Create workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Prepare ingredients for cooking including chopping and peeling vegetables and cutting meat
- Maintain a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment
- Ensure proper storage of food and other items
- Be responsible for the quality of ingredients
