Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old to be hired
  • Must be 18 years old to operate mandated equipment and meet other state qualifications
  • Ability to stand or walk 100% of the shift
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds from floor to above waist level
  • Ability to maintain high speed and quality under time constraints
  • Willingness to complete required training materials and validations
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years old to be hired
  • Must be 18 years old to operate mandated equipment and meet other state qualifications
  • Ability to work at a continuous high pace while maintaining quality and speed standards
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with front-of-house and back-of-house staff
  • Successful completion of training validations and reading training materials
  • Previous experience in a similar kitchen environment is preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items according to standards of quality, consistency and timelines
  • Ensure compliance with all health code requirements and company standards
  • Maintain adequate stocking, cleanliness, and organization of work area throughout the day
  • Complete prep tasks as needed according to recipe, procedure, quality and speed standards
  • Operate equipment safely as determined by company safety standards and OSHA regulations
  • Contribute to a positive guest experience by exceeding their expectations
  • Respond to additional guest requests by preparing orders to their specifications
