Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old to be hired
- Must be 18 years old to operate mandated equipment and meet other state qualifications
- Ability to stand or walk 100% of the shift
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds from floor to above waist level
- Ability to maintain high speed and quality under time constraints
- Willingness to complete required training materials and validations
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old to be hired
- Must be 18 years old to operate mandated equipment and meet other state qualifications
- Ability to work at a continuous high pace while maintaining quality and speed standards
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Successful completion of training validations and reading training materials
- Previous experience in a similar kitchen environment is preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to standards of quality, consistency and timelines
- Ensure compliance with all health code requirements and company standards
- Maintain adequate stocking, cleanliness, and organization of work area throughout the day
- Complete prep tasks as needed according to recipe, procedure, quality and speed standards
- Operate equipment safely as determined by company safety standards and OSHA regulations
- Contribute to a positive guest experience by exceeding their expectations
- Respond to additional guest requests by preparing orders to their specifications
