Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- current Washington State Food Worker Card
- background check required
- restaurant industry experience
- experience with sauté, grill, fryer, flattop, pantry, and pizza oven stations
- comfortable with at least 2 of 4 stations (sauté, grill, pizza, pantry)
- ability to follow prep lists and manage station responsibility
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to sit, crouch, and lift up to 35 lbs
- culinary school preferred but not required
- flexibility to work Wednesday through Sunday evenings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- culinary school preferred but not required
- 2 years fine dining experience or 5 years mixed culinary experience
- experience working with common line stations such as sauté, grill, fryer, flattop, pantry, and pizza oven
- current Washington State Food Worker Card
- proper knife skills and technique
- restaurant industry experience
- ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
- flexibility in adapting dishes to special requests
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to club standards
- operate and maintain line stations including sauté, grill, fryer, flattop, pantry, and pizza oven
- ensure food quality and presentation meets member expectations
- follow prep lists and manage station responsibilities daily
- adapt dishes to accommodate special dietary requests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
- collaborate with team members to improve service and kitchen operations
