The role available is for a Line Cook, a critical position within the kitchen team responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that meet Fleming's rigorous standards. This role demands a commitment to industry-leading food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards. The Line Cook plays an essential part in maintaining an organized and efficient kitchen by properly storing products in walk-in coolers and freezers and ensuring dry storage areas are orderly. Maintaining one’s cooking station is vital, as is monitoring ticket times and the quality of food served. Due to the fast-paced and collaborative environment, candidates must be adept at working well within a team to sustain kitchen operations smoothly and effectively.

  • Minimum one year of experience as a line cook
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
