Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience as a line cook
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work station
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible shifts
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum one year of previous restaurant experience as a line cook

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality food items in accordance with Fleming's standards
  • Ensure industry-leading food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation practices
  • Properly store products in walk-in cooler and freezer and maintain dry storage organization
  • Clean and maintain cooking station on the line
  • Monitor ticket times and food quality to ensure timely and excellent service
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members in a fast-paced environment
  • Adhere to restaurant policies and procedures concerning safety and hygiene
