Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality food items in accordance with Fleming's standards
- Ensure industry-leading food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation practices
- Properly store products in walk-in cooler and freezer and maintain dry storage organization
- Clean and maintain cooking station on the line
- Monitor ticket times and food quality to ensure timely and excellent service
- Collaborate with kitchen team members in a fast-paced environment
- Adhere to restaurant policies and procedures concerning safety and hygiene
