Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment
  • ability to work days and evening shifts
  • commitment to quality and safety standards
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks
  • willingness to participate in professional development programs

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook a variety of foods according to recipes and quality standards
  • ensure kitchen stations are clean and organized
  • follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • assist with inventory control and stock rotation
  • collaborate with team members to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
  • maintain equipment and report any maintenance needs
  • participate in ongoing culinary training and development
