The Local is a vibrant and energetic neighborhood bar and grill located in East Providence, Rhode Island. Currently, The Local is seeking a motivated and skilled Line Cook to join its back-of-house team. This role is suited for someone who enjoys working in dynamic, fast-paced kitchen settings and can maintain efficiency without compromising quality. The position is available on both a full-time and part-time basis, accommodating varying schedules, and offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience. The Line Cook will play an essential role in preparing and executing menu items consistently, ensuring that each dish meets the high standards expected by The Local's discerning customers.
In this role, the Line Cook will be responsible for prepping ingredients, managing workstations, and assisting with closing duties.
