The Line Cook position at the Old Spaghetti Factory is an immediate opening that offers a rewarding opportunity to join a collaborative and dynamic kitchen team. Job Duties
- Follow specific cooking methods, timing, temperatures, and portion sizes of pasta dishes ensuring quality and appearance
- adhere to strict food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling, storage, and labeling
- work closely with the kitchen team, including chefs and other line cooks, to coordinate orders, communicate special requests, and maintain a harmonious and efficient working environment
- perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold cleanliness standards
- adhere to all safety policies and procedures and maintain safe working environment
