Job Requirements

- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to follow detailed instructions and recipes

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are rigorously followed
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with kitchen team to coordinate food preparation for timely service
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance culinary skills
