Job Duties

  • Executing menu items from start to finish including preparation of ingredients butchery of proteins cooking and plating of menu items
  • honing existing skills while learning new techniques and building skill set
  • working collaboratively with back-of-house and front-of-house staff
  • maintaining cleanliness of back-of-house work areas including refrigeration cooking equipment and prep areas
  • participating in deep cleaning of back-of-house work areas including refrigeration cooking equipment and prep areas
  • being available to work a variety of hours days and shifts including weekends
  • safely and effectively using and operating all necessary tools and equipment including knives
  • effectively communicating to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction
