Job Requirements
- Night and weekend availability mandatory
- Minimum 2 years’ restaurant experience
- Consistently uses/promotes safe and sanitary food handling practices
- Efficiently prepares meals per customer order
- Ability to work on feet for 8 or more hours a day
- Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds regularly
- Punctual with reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare all meals per customer order efficiently
- Promote and consistently use safe and sanitary food handling practices
- Assist with operating all kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Assist with cooking other menu items as needed
- Set up supply stations
- Package food items for service
