The role of a Line Cook is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Under the guidance of our kitchen management team, the Line Cook is responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of menu items according to our established recipes and quality standards. This position requires a high level of organization, efficiency, and the ability to work well under pressure during busy service hours. Line Cooks collaborate closely with other kitchen staff to maintain cleanliness, manage food inventory, and comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations. Ideal candidates will have previous cooking experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments while maintaining a positive attitude. - experience working in a kitchen or food service environment
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
