Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience working in a kitchen or food service environment
  • ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • ability to follow recipes and kitchen protocols
  • willingness to learn and take direction

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred
  • knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices
  • ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • assist in receiving and storing food supplies
  • ensure all food safety and sanitation regulations are followed
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to meet service demands
  • manage cooking equipment and report any issues
  • participate in inventory control and stock rotation
