Your responsibilities will include managing your designated station, completing prep work meticulously, and assisting with closing duties after service. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions

  • Physical stamina to handle kitchen demands

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety standards

  • Basic understanding of food sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Ability to effectively cook and present all items on the menu in a timely manner
  • Complete assigned prep list, efficiently run your station during the shift, and stock food as needed
  • Exercising good safety, sanitation and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with all members of the BOH staff
