Job Duties
- Collaborate with kitchen team to prepare and assemble menu items with a focus on wood-fired rotisserie chicken
- execute cooking and grilling of dishes following Cowboy Chicken recipes and guidelines
- work efficiently during busy service hours to ensure timely meal preparation
- assist in organizing and maintaining ingredient inventory
- monitor food quality at each preparation stage to ensure taste and freshness
- maintain clean and organized work areas adhering to sanitation and food safety practices
- coordinate with kitchen team to ensure smooth communication and teamwork
