Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with kitchen team to prepare and assemble menu items with a focus on wood-fired rotisserie chicken
  • execute cooking and grilling of dishes following Cowboy Chicken recipes and guidelines
  • work efficiently during busy service hours to ensure timely meal preparation
  • assist in organizing and maintaining ingredient inventory
  • monitor food quality at each preparation stage to ensure taste and freshness
  • maintain clean and organized work areas adhering to sanitation and food safety practices
  • coordinate with kitchen team to ensure smooth communication and teamwork
