We are currently seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is vital for delivering the authentic tastes and timely service our guests expect. As a Line Cook at Cowboy Chicken, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes with a particular focus on our signature wood-fired rotisserie chicken. Your expertise in culinary preparation, grilling techniques, and ability to maintain high standards of food quality and safety will be key to your success. The position requires collaboration with fellow kitchen staff to ensure orders are executed promptly and with precision during both calm and busy periods. This role offers flexible scheduling options, including part-time and full-time shifts, with no late nights since we close at 9:00 pm.

The Line Cook will assist in all aspects of the kitchen operations, from ingredient preparation and inventory management to ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health regulations. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with kitchen team to prepare and assemble menu items with a focus on wood-fired rotisserie chicken

  • work efficiently during busy service hours to ensure timely meal preparation
  • assist in organizing and maintaining ingredient inventory
  • monitor food quality at each preparation stage to ensure taste and freshness
  • maintain clean and organized work areas adhering to sanitation and food safety practices
  • coordinate with kitchen team to ensure smooth communication and teamwork
