Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a line cook
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Food handler’s certification preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and work area
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations
  • Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations
  • Maintain consistency and quality in food preparation
  • Support training of new kitchen staff
